Have you ever tried floating or as it is called sensory deprivation? There are 1000-1200 pounds of epsom salt in the tank and it causes the body to float supine. You stay in for an hour to 90 minutes and when you exit the tank you are completely relaxed both body and mind. This is by far my favorite way to get magnesium.
